- 2 / 5By Jacqui GarradI was so excited to be going to the Birch, but unfortunately when we arrived in time the nice guy at the bar said they were running a little bit behind which was fine, unfortunately when the manager came over he gave a different story and told me to have a drink an relax......... he came across as a little aggressive and it made us feel very uncomfortable, I have absolutely no problem with having a drink at a bar before the meal but the attitude was terrible. The lovely waiter with glasses was really very nice. We deceived to cancel the table as the atmosphere wasn't very good and the manager felt the need to come over and yes be rude, I'm so disappointed especially when I had looked forward to going back there. C,early so customer service trading is required for some.March 14, 2017
